Rules and conditions to participate

Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions of the judges regarding this promotion are final.

VOTING PERIOD:

Voting begins on Monday , May 1, 207 at 12:01 AM PR time and ends at 11:59 PM PRT on May 7, 2017 , when all votes must be received.

ELIGIBILITY:

This vote is only open to schools pre-classified as eligible within “The Wild Flower Project”.

HOW TO VOTE:

Visit opaspuertorico.net during the voting period and follow the instructions to select the video for which you wish to vote as the “people choice award”. Write the name of the school you wish to vote for in the box and press "Vote" to have your vote registered.

Limit:

One vote per person and / or one vote per email address during the voting period will be allowed.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER:

The selection of the winner will take place after the end of the voting period. The video with the most votes received at the end of this period will be selected as the winner. The winner will be notified by mail, email and / or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted; you do not respond within five (5) days from the date OPAS attempts to notify you; or reject the award; the potential winner will lose all rights to receive the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. By contacting a potential winner and determining that they have met all eligibility requirements, they will be declared the "winner" of the promotion.
