.

How does it work?

.

Campaign participants investigate a local problem with solid waste, for example, the effect on local fauna or human health or the amount of materials most discarded or used by the school community etc. Schools implement the Litter Less Campaign, with the goal of reducing litter and influencing long-term behavior change through the implementation of a solid waste management project, which involves the entire school. Each school will engage the local community, parents, city government, and on many occasions Wrigley Company associates.

As part of their mission, participating schools will launch the Campaign through the seven-step process.
